We have recently completed on a comprehensive commercial office space and common area refurbishment project in Holborn. 

We were awarded the contract as a result of offering post-tender value engineering options to bring the contract figure within the clients budget expectations.

The works were across the whole building whilst occupied on four of the six floors. The two unoccupied floors formed part of our CAT A works along with roof space works and common part stair and lift lobbies. We undertook a refurbishment to two of the shared WC locations.

The works were phased to ensure minimal impact to the occupied floors within the building.

A detailed M&E design was provided by the client M&E consultants which we adopted and developed into a streamlined and aesthetically pleasing installation. New roof plant was a requirement of the project and heavy lifting provisions were required to facilitate this.

High-quality finishes were provided to the common and WC areas.
